If you find the identical product elsewhere, before purchase or within 10 days of purchase, for a lower total price (product price plus shipping and handling fee), we will match the total price plus 50% of the price difference or gladly refund the difference plus 50% of price difference. So in other words we will not only match their price, but we will beat their price by 50% of the price difference between our price and theirs.
You are eligible for a price-match or price-match refund if your request meets the following conditions:
- Comparisons MUST include the product price plus shipping & handling charges when calculating the competitor's total price.
- Our Low Price Guarantee applies only to retailers that have the identical product in-stock and the product is priced accurately.
- Total price match requests must be submitted before purchase or within ten (10) days from the date of purchase at Sound Isolation Store.
- Please be aware that Sound Isolation Store only sells new, unopened and unused products fresh from the manufacturers, we do not accept price match for re-manufactured, used or counterfeit products.
To request a total-price match for an upcoming order or to ask us to refund your payment method because you found a lower price with ten days of your purchase, then please contact us with your name, product you are inquring about, lower price that you found, and where you found it.
