Most products are stocked at our main warehouse in Idaho with some of our more popular products at our distribution centers in Connecticut and Georgia. Distribution locations from where products ship are marked on each product profile page. Items that ship directly from the manufacturer are noted as such. Below is a list of our products currently available at each location.

Yes. Depending on availability, our in-stock products are shipped the same day when ordered before our order deadline. Products that ship directly from the manufacturer, or are made-to-order, typically ship within one or two business days of ordering.

Yes. We offer Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, and 2-Day Express shipping for all of our products. We receive major discounts for FedEx Express services and pass these discounts directly to you without markup. Order deadlines for ground shipping apply to express shipping as well. Please call to request a quote for express shipping.

Yes. We will ship any of our products worldwide. Due to the extreme weight of many of our products, international shipping (except to Canada) can be expensive. We recommend that our international customers purchase products that are either lightweight (i.e. resilient sound clips) or in bulk (i.e. Green Glue 5-gallon bucket). The lighter/fewer packages shipped, the cheaper the cost.

Please Note: Our online shopping cart will only calculate ground shipping to Canada. For all other countries, please contact us first to request a quote. In order to reduce shipping costs, international orders are typically shipped through the United States Postal Service.

You can return any product on our site within 60 days of ordering. A restocking fee, which varies for each product, will be assessed for each return (maximum 15% of the original product purchase price). If your order was placed during a free shipping promotion, the cost of shipping, originally waived, will be deducted from the amount refunded. If your order benefited from a quantity or promotional discount (i.e. 5% off orders of $500), the original purchase invoice will be recalculated to reflect the product return and the applicable discount, if any, will be adjusted to match the amended purchase price (i.e. a 5% discount on an order of $520 will be unapplied if a return results in an amended invoice amount of $475).

Instructions For Returning Products: To initiate a return, please notify us of your intent by email. Include your order number, name, and what you would like to return. At your request, we can provide you with the appropriate shipping labels for your product return. Our shipping discounts typically reduce your return shipping costs by around 25%. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the amount refunded. Please write your name and order number on the outside of any box you return to us. This will eliminate errors associated with issuing a return.

Our customers very rarely receive incorrect or damaged items, but it may occur. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us immediately. We will promptly ship out a replacement or issue a refund for the cost of the damaged or incorrect product. Photographs of the damage are always helpful to begin the claims process with our shipping carrier.

Customer service is available by phone, email, or live chat from 9am to 6pm EST Monday through Friday. Live chat is also available during various weekend hours. Our telephone and email support is available seven days a week, with a response time between 5 minutes to 4 hours. To speak with a customer service representative over the weekend, please submit a callback request or e-mail us with your name, phone number, and when you would prefer us to call you.

Any orders shipped to an address within the state of Idaho are subject to a sales tax rate of 6%. All other orders are exempt from sales tax. 

We accept all forms of payment. Any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), cashier's checks (originating from the US only),  PayPal, Google Checkout, wire transfer, and cash. Most of these options are available at checkout, but if you prefer to pay by Google Checkout or wire transfer, please contact us before placing your order.

Most international orders are paid through PayPal to protect both the customer and Sound Isolation Store.

We have taken every measure to ensure shopping on our site is 100% secure. Our SSL certificate is up to date and provides 256-bit encryption for every order placed. Our site is hosted on a dedicated server rather than a shared server that typically hosts hundreds, if not thousands, of sites. This means that only Sound Isolation Store personnel will ever be able to access our server information. Our SSL certificate provider offers up to $10,000 if your personal information is somehow compromised during the checkout process.

Customer credit card information is immediately deleted from both our server and our credit card processor's server once the transaction is complete. Because of this, you will need to re-enter your credit card information with each order placed. This may be an inconvenience in some situations, but provides both Sound Isolation Store and our customers the utmost security.

We do not currently have an established affiliate program. We are, however, a major distributor for all the products listed on our site. As a result, we can offer an opportunity for you to distribute our products locally or online. If you are interested in distributing any of our products, please contact us.

We do not sell your information or reveal our customer database to any company or person outside of Sound Isolation Store. The information collected at checkout is used for billing and shipping purposes only. You will not receive spam or promotional e-mail from us after placing your order. We do have an option to subscribe to our newsletter, but no customer is automatically placed on our customer newsletter list. If you would like us to delete your account from our server once your order is complete, please contact us to do so.

We accept phone orders Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM ET. If you would like to order over the phone on the weekend then please e-mail us to let us know your name, phone number and when you would prefer for us to call you.

• All of our products are manufactured exclusively here in the United States. (Unfortunately, this is no longer true for our dispensing guns and caulking guns.)
