Astragal Set With Cap Covers

Sound and air can leak through the middle of your french doors if you do not have the proper astragal seals installed. This astragal set installs to the surface of each slab positioned so the rubber seals come in contact with each other when the doors are closed. This light duty door stop measures 3/8" tall and is 3/4" wide. The base pricing for this light duty door stop with cap is for doors that are up to 36" wide and up to 84" tall. The standard finish is an anodized clear aluminum color.

The neoprene element is fixed and not adjustable. The attaching screws are hidden by a tamper proof cap piece to allow for a more finished look. You can then paint the metal portion of this light duty door stop set to match the interior finish. When the door is closed, each of the astragal pieces will seal against each other allowing only slight compression. If the door is difficult to close then your stops are installed too close together.
