| The heart of the door is the custom viscoelastic core designed for incredible mass with maximum damping. We achieve superior STC ratings with minimal thickness and weight. Many sound doors use 300 pounds of solid wood to get a good rating. Our door accomplishes the same level of performance with half the weight and over 1/2" thinner. | A heavy duty automatic door bottom is fully mortised into the bottom of each door. Installed and sized to fit to maximize the performance of the automatic door bottom. The sides and top of the door are custom fitted with a heavy duty adjustable door stop system that guarantees a perfect seal along the entire height and width of the door. | |

| The standard size for our SIS Isolation Door is 3' wide with the standard 6' 8" height. We can custom build the door size to meet your requirements at no additional cost up to 42" in width and 7' in height. Unlike every other door manufacturer, custom sizes will not extend the lead time on the door you order from us. | Thick, quality, hardwood is used to create the frame of the door and for the custom sized door jambs. All door jambs are cut to fit the exact thickness of your wall. No need for jamb extensions with our doors. | |
